New Energy New York (NENY), led by Binghamton University in partnership with NY-BEST, is launching Round 3 of the NENY Technical Assistance Program. This initiative provides up to $100,000 in funding to help New York-based battery and energy storage companies accelerate the development and commercialization of their technologies.
This is your opportunity to access essential support for testing, prototyping, and certification services from qualified vendors across the state.
Who Should Apply?
Companies located in New York State that are developing battery-related technologies, products, or services across the supply chain.
Award Tracks:

Track A: Up to $75,000 for startups (founded <5 years ago, with <$2M non-governmental funding)

Track B: Up to $100,000 for small to medium-sized companies (≤500 employees, <$5M in product sales revenue attributable to the subject technology in the last fiscal year)
Note: All applicants must have a physical presence in New York throughout the program and for one year post-contract.
