New Energy New York (NENY) and the New York Battery and Energy Storage Technology Consortium (NY-BEST) are pleased to announce a new Request for Proposals (RFP) for Battery Data Management and Analytics Solutions for the NENY Supply Chain Program, supported by the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
Together with Alliance for Manufacturing & Technology (AMT), the NENY Supply Chain Program helps build and expand New York State’s battery and energy storage ecosystem by connecting manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers with resources and opportunities for growth.
Through this RFP, NY-BEST seeks proposals for a comprehensive suite of data management and analytics solutions that enhance quality control, certification, and performance benchmarking at key facilities within the NENY coalition – including the NorthEast Center for Chemical Energy Storage (NECCES) and the RIT Battery Development Center (BDC).
Key Objectives:
- Design and implement an integrated data management and analytics platform for battery R&D and production.
- Enable real-time monitoring of process efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Develop benchmarking tools for assessing battery cells and suppliers.
- Provide secure cloud-based data access and visualization.
- Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing technical support.
Funding and Term:
- Fixed fee engagement up to $75,000 for a 12-month project.
- Contract to be awarded by December 31, 2025.
